I am a UK pharmacist (MPharm). I qualified more than fifteen years ago, and alongside my pharmacy work I have spent years in self-directed study of root-cause and natural approaches to health, beyond conventional pharmaceutical training.
I saw, again and again, that conventional care excels at acute and emergency medicine but has less to offer for chronic, lifestyle-driven concerns. People with fatigue, gut issues, hormonal symptoms or low-grade inflammation were often sent away with no clear next step. That gap is where this work began.
Fed up with making little progress, I began searching for alternatives - trying everything marketed as "healthy" - but saw little improvement at first. That search led me to a whole new world of natural healing that our ancestors and traditional healers took for granted for centuries.
Through extensive reading and self-study, I found real, practical approaches grounded in traditional, time-tested practice. After more than fifteen years of self-directed study of natural and root-cause health alongside conventional pharmacy, and investing thousands in testing products and claims for myself, I built a way of working that helps people address the root causes of how they feel, grounded in both time-tested practice and modern scientific understanding.
My approach prioritises long-term, sustainable health over short-term fixes, with one principle running through everything: remove harm before adding benefit, then build from there.
Along the way I found that the science on some substances we encounter every day, in food packaging, household cleaning products, and personal care, has moved on considerably since I first trained. Concerns once raised only on the fringes are now being studied in the mainstream literature. That is part of why this work focuses on removing harm before adding benefit.
